The next Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday, 5^th May 2014 in the afternoon in Affoltern am Albis, Switzerland.

The seventh Annual General Meeting
took place in Affoltern am Albis on Monday, 13^th May, 2013. 53 shareholders representing a total of 27473 votes were present. This is equivalent to 52.12 % of the share capital. All the resolutions were carried with a large majority.
The Annual Report 2012 and the Log of the 7^th annual meeting will be sent on request by e-mail or mail.

Tax value
The tax office of the Canton of Glarus defined a net tax value of CHF 82.60 per share per the 31^st December 2011. For 2012 we have not yet received an official value. Until the announcement of the tax value for 2012 you can use the value of 2011 for your tax declaration. Further information will follow, as soon as it is available.
